Process

When:
Within 2 production days after the order is received.

What we do:
The Websites team will send a confirmation email to the contact at the partner who placed the order—typically the salesperson assigned to the account.

We also CC the email to the contact at the client, which is informed in the order form.

In this email, we request them to schedule the initial consultation call through Calendly.

What partners need to do:
If they are arranging the onboard meeting for the client, they need to accept the consultation call through the booking link at their earliest convenience.

What your client needs to do:
If the client will be the main point of contact with the team, they need to accept the consultation call through the booking link at their earliest convenience. 

When:
Scheduled by the client or partner through Calendly.

What we do:
Once the call is booked, we’ll send the client or the partner the meeting link to join the consultation call. During this call, we’ll gather any information that is missing in the order form and discuss templates, form fields, plugins, overall goals for the website, and DOs and DON’Ts. Our team will also explain what the timeline looks like to set expectations. 

What partners need to do:
We need either the partner or their client to provide logo, images, and all the necessary information to build out the website. If they want our team to create the copy for the website, they’ll need to activate the Website Copy add-on. If they don’t want us to create the copy, they’ll need to provide it. Please note that website copy is not included within this service and needs to be purchased separately or provided during the website creation process.

What your client needs to do:

What we do:
We’ll send an email with the first mock, which includes logo, color scheme, and images on your homepage.

We provide the mock link to the website homepage and also an Adobe XD file that opens in the browser. In this file, partners and clients can leave feedback by placing pins and adding comments.

What partners need to do:
If the partner is the main point of contact, they need to review the mock and provide feedback to the team using the Adobe XD file that opens in the browser.

What your client needs to do:
If the client is the main point of contact, they need to review the mock and provide feedback to the team using the Adobe XD file that opens in the browser.

When:
Within 15 production days after all the content for the website is received.

What we do:
Our Websites team will build the site and populate it with the content provided by either partner or client. 

The content can be provided through email, shared Google Drive, or Dropbox.

If the Website Copy add-on was purchased, we’ll take care of the copy, so that partner and client don’t need to worry about it.

Just like the first mock, feedback can be left in the Adobe XD file. This is what the email looks like.

Please, note that while the first mock includes only the homepage design, the second mock will include all the pages in your website.

What partners need to do:
Provide feedback if they’re the main point of contact or responsible for giving feedback on the website project.

What your client needs to do:
Provide feedback if they’re the main point of contact or responsible for giving feedback on the website project.

When:
Within 5 production days after the client provides 1 set of revisions for the Second Mock.

What we do:
We’ll work  with the partner/client on the requested changes and send an email to discuss when the website should go live.

The site publication can happen immediately or be scheduled at a later date. 

Please note that we’ll set the website live if we don’t hear back within 2 business days.

What partners need to do:
If they are the point of contact, let us know when the website should go live or submit 1 set of minor revisions.

Minor revisions include fixing any development or spelling errors.

Any changes to the website structure will be charged an hourly rate.

What your client needs to do:

If they are the point of contact, let us know when the website should go live or submit 1 set of minor revisions.
